01

What's the refund policy?

We will fully refund any trip up to one week in advance UNLESS WE HAVE TO CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER — in this case you will receive a full refund and we will work with you to find another available date.

02

How much do I have to pay to book a trip?

We charge the full price of the package you choose to book — BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE. We accept credit card, Venmo, and in some circumstances mail-in checks.

03

What should I bring?

FISHING LICENSES NOT INCLUDED, YOU MUST HAVE ONE—purchase a fishing license here. Aside from this, bring whatever you want! Most of our customers pack a cooler with drinks and lunch for the trip. Non-skid rubber deck boots are the best shoes to wear to stay dry. Overdress when in doubt and don't forget sunscreen and bring a cooler with ice to take home fish! If you are at risk of motion sickness, we recommend Dramamine or sea sickness patches.

04

Can I bring my own fishing gear?

Of course—we ask customers to provide tackle for rockfish trips; we'll cover rods, reels, and gear for all other trips.  Additionally, you'll be charged for any damaged gear or lost tackle at the end of the day. If you have some setups or lures you'd like to try, you can always give us a call for more specific recommendations.

05

Is catching guaranteed?

With each trip we can assure we will do everything we can to put you on your target species. However, bluefin tuna, halibut, salmon, and especially white sea bass can be very slow fishing. If you want to be guaranteed to catch fish, we recommend going with one of our rockfish packages. After all, it is fishing, not catching.

06

How are the trip dates determined?

We want to give you the best opportunity to catch fish on your trip. As we plan our calendar, keep in mind there are many factors that go into the planning of these dates: solar lunar phase, tides, and weather patterns. If you don't see a trip around the time you want, contact us and we will try to make something work.

07

What time does the boat leave?

You will be notified a week in advance what time the boat leaves the dock in the morning. It’s based off current weather conditions and how long it will take to get to the fishing grounds.

08

Are children allowed?

Our policy for children prohibits anyone under the age of 12 from coming. However, if your kid has experience fishing or being on boats and you can prove it, you can contact us and state a claim for them to join the trip.
